New Patients: New patients who commit to regular visits and demonstrate the ability to adhere to the payment plan
Signed Agreement: Patients must sign a payment plan agreement outlining the terms, conditions, and payment sche

How to Apply for an In-House Payment Plan
Consultation: Schedule a consultation with our office to discuss your dental care needs and the associated costs.
Assessment: Our staff will evaluate your financial situation and discuss the available payment plan options.
Application: Complete a simple application form, providing necessary information for credit evaluation and income verification.
Approval: Upon approval, review and sign the payment plan agreement, and begin your dental treatment.

  i took my grandma in to get 4 teeth removed and she’s a visitor. but they didn’t care they took her in got the job done and was extremely gentle with her and made he she was comfortable no matter what!! the workers were caring and respectful no matter what!!
